Handmade and Bespoke Products
ZE-Y-ZE specialises in handmade and bespoke products crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in appearance, texture, or finish may occur.
Production and Delivery Time
Production takes approximately 5 working days to complete. We aim to prepare and deliver orders within the expected timeframe, although actual delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and delivery arrangements. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Payment Terms
Customers may choose to make full payment or half payment before production begins.
- Full Payment: The full order amount must be paid before production starts.
- Half Payment: Customers pay 50% of the total order amount before production begins, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery.
Production will only begin once the required initial payment has been received and the order details have been confirmed.
Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for confirming their product selection, size, colour, and bespoke requirements before production begins. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid errors during production.
Shipping and Delivery Charges
All shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and will be communicated before the order is finalised.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible returned products must be unused, unworn, and free from damage, and will be inspected before a refund is approved.
No Exchange Policy
ZE-Y-ZE does not offer product exchanges. Customers are encouraged to confirm their product selection and size carefully before completing their purchase.
Changes to Orders
Since our products are handmade and bespoke, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request a change. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
